We thank the Lord for a wonderful time together. This year’s theme was “Treasured” taken from Matthew 6:21. We had eleven total couples coming from Georgia, Alabama, and New York! We also had a Spanish book introduced this year to help with our Spanish-speaking members. The Holy Ghost was with us and manifested several times, even prompting us at one point to pray on behalf of couples we knew that were struggling.

We had eight classes in total this year. Sister Amarie Solis from New York taught us about having a Marriage unto honor. Brother John Barnes from Georgia taught us about being a treasure to our spouse and not being a torment to them. Sister LeeAnna Steptoe from Georgia taught us about good communication and communication styles. Brother Michael Steptoe from Georgia taught classes on defending our marriage by building walls to protect it and not reject our spouse, as well as a class on recognizing the value of our spouse as a treasure from the Lord. Brother Danny Steptoe from Georgia taught a men’s class on stepping up to a higher call, while Sister Melodie Steptoe from Georgia taught the women’s class about their sacred calling.

We had wonderful devotions and worship by sister Melodie Steptoe and brother Thomas Carver, while Brother Noe Solis from New York brought the message on Sunday.

We look forward to what God has in store for us for next year!
